Threading

Threading is a method of hair removal originating in Iran, India and Central Asia. In more recent times it has gained popularity in Western countries, especially with a cosmetic application (particularly for removing/ shaping eyebrows).

Waxing

Waxing is when warm wax is thinly applied with a wooden spatula to the eyebrow hairs that will be removed. A paper strip is then applied directly over the area covered with the wax, gentle pressure is applied to ensure the hairs under the wax stick to the paper, the paper is then swiftly pulled away, pulling the hairs out directly from the root.
